The 1st Caterham Beavers have had a busy term, starting with a very popular bat hunt at Gatton Park, a conker evening, and visits from the Guide Dogs for the Deaf and St John’s Ambulance. There was a full turnout for the Remembrance Parade to St Mary’s Church and the Beavers marched very well. A late night Friday visit to Kenley Observatory was followed by a visit to a climbing wall. This led us up to Christmas and the District Christmas party, and a visit to Woking Miniature Railway to meet Father Christmas.
