Caterham District Camp

Preparations for District Camp are well underway and with the final deadline for Cub Scout and Scout bookings past it looks like this will be a very full and very busy camp.

Due to the massive response we have had we are at present unable to add any further campers in both the Scout and Cub Scout sections, although this situation may change, in which case I will e-mail registered Groups to inform them.

I will require all final payments and completed permission forms by Saturday 3rd April and forms will be available no later that 28th February for this purpose.

I am still accepting Beaver Scout bookings up to 18th March, so please let me have these as soon as possible. All Beaver Scout bookings should now be accompanied by full payment and any places already booked are now due for payment if not already sent.

Cub Scout and Beaver Scout sections attending are asked to make some items in preparation, your ADC should have passed the relevant information to you, if you are unsure please contact me.

The badge design competition is now closed and entries are being judged, the winner will be informed at camp.

Finally, don’t forget to check the website www.discamp.co.uk for information; all forms and paperwork will be available to download there, if you have not registered then please do so.
