County Night Challenge

The Scout Fellowship supported the County Night Challenge at Bentley Copse at the start of the month. We ran an incident based around simple pioneering, with the teams attempting to draw a face on a piece of paper 3m from where they were standing. The temperature at HQ was reported to have reached minus 8, so we were very pleased to have brought a fire tray with us. We received most of the 39 teams who entered, although we've not seen a Caterham team for a number of years - maybe next year? This year there was a novice loop as well as the main challenge to encourage the younger explorers.
