Caterham District Scouts

1st Warlingham Cubs arranged a joint meeting with 1st Godstone in the early part of November when we visited air raid shelters on Limpsfield Common. We were taken inside and given a chat about life during World War 2 when they were used. There was also some interesting war stories told.

After the visit we had hot chocolate and biscuits inside as the weather was very poor.

A great place to visit! We are planning to go back in summer when the weather is better.
